Delays in Delivery

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed shipment, we may deduct return shipping or handling costs from the refund amount.

Re-shipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
