Orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to provide reliable tracked delivery.

We currently ship within the United States and selected international destinations where available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delays in Delivery

Order Changes and Cancellations

After this period, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • An unclaimed shipment
  • Refusal of delivery

Any return shipping or handling costs incurred may be deducted from an eligible refund.
