Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and included materials should be returned whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@fimsol.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers remain responsible for returned items until they are successfully received.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The incorrect item was received
No restocking fees apply.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item received.

Damaged Goods

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Approved replacements are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Cancellation Period
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team for assistance and return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
