When can I expect to receive my order?

Once shipped, estimated delivery usually takes 6–12 business days depending on your location and shipping carrier.

My delivery is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting our support team.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please contact support@fimsol.com within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days.
